What is included in manual review?
We visually inspect the card against reference data, judge authenticity, centering, corners, edges and surface. You receive a written rationale and an updated value.
How long does it normally take?
Manual review takes 3–7 business days. Express is completed within 24 hours (weekdays).
Do I need to ship my cards?
No — auto and manual review use photos you upload. NFC tagging requires the physical card.
Can you grade according to PSA/CGC/BGS?
We provide an internal condition assessment. For official PSA/CGC/BGS grading we offer submission via PokeValidate Vault.
